
25.11.2025. After counting the votes cast by the public, the Provincial Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of Lugo (Apehl) revealed the twelve finalist establishments of the twentieth edition of the Lugo Tapas Contest:
A Laxa, Casa María, El Boni, El Dotmas Bar, Glam Taoo, O Figón, O Mercado, Orixe do Campo, Paprica, Pulpería O Castelo, San Marcos Café, and Tosar by Boni.

07.11.2025. Cheché Real, president of the Lugo Hospitality and Tourism Business Association (Apehl), and Maite Ferreiro, Lugo City Councilor for Culture and Tourism, accompanied by Daniel Romay and Juan Agra, members of Apehl’s board of directors, inaugurated the 20th edition of the Lugo Tapas Contest this morning at Paprica.

• The competition will take place from November 7 to 23, with the grand final scheduled for the 28th, 29th, and 30th of the same month.
17.10.2025. The Lugo City Council hosted the presentation of the 20th edition of the Lugo Tapas Competition, an event that has already become a must-attend on the city’s gastronomic calendar. The event was attended by Cheché Real, president of the Provincial Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of Lugo (Apehl), and Maite Ferreiro, Councilor of Culture and Tourism of the Lugo City Council.

15.09.2025. The “…E para comer, Lugo” stand brought its journey through Spain alongside La Vuelta Ciclista 2025 to a close, after several weeks of intense promotional activity. For the thirteenth consecutive year, the province of Lugo was present at this key sporting event, showcasing its gastronomic and tourism wealth thanks to the initiative of the Provincial Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of Lugo (Apehl) and the support of the Xunta de Galicia.

10.09.2025. The stand ...E para comer, Lugo will conclude its route for the tourist and gastronomic promotion of the province at the stage starts of the Vuelta Ciclista a España this coming Sunday, and this week it visited the Galician towns of Poio (Pontevedra) and O Barco de Valdeorras (Ourense).
