The Wine Centre of the Ribeira Sacra hosted the inaugural event of Estase Cocendo 2025 this Thursday, an event organized by the Provincial Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of Lugo (Apehl) and sponsored by the Diputación de Lugo. It will take place from this Saturday, March 15, until Sunday, April 6. During the presentation, this seventeenth edition of the Ribeira Sacra Stew Days was dedicated to hospitality and tourism workers.

The chef from the Orixe do Campo restaurant was accompanied by his assistant Auriana Macías.
