March 14, 2024. The Wine Centre of the Ribeira Sacra hosted the inaugural event of Estase Cocendo 2025 this Thursday, an event organized by the Provincial Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of Lugo (Apehl) and sponsored by the Diputación de Lugo. It will take place from this Saturday, March 15, until Sunday, April 6. During the presentation, this seventeenth edition of the Ribeira Sacra Stew Days was dedicated to hospitality and tourism workers.

The Culture and Tourism Department of Lugo held an official reception today at noon for local José Luis Pardo, who won second place this week in the III Official Spanish Hospitality Championship – Tapas and Pinchos, representing the Provincial Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of Lugo (Apehl). The chef from the Orixe do Campo restaurant was accompanied by his assistant Auriana Macías.
28.01.2025. The Apehl came close to winning the title of Best Tapa/Pincho in Spain during the grand final of the III Official Hospitality Championship of Spain-Tapas and Pinchos, organized by Hostelería de España as part of the Madrid Fusión International Gastronomy Congress.
