 The Tourism Department of Lugo welcomes José Luis Pardo, runner-up of the Official Spanish Hospitality Championship – Tapas and Pinchos.

The Culture and Tourism Department of Lugo held an official reception today at noon for local José Luis Pardo, who won second place this week in the III Official Spanish Hospitality Championship – Tapas and Pinchos, representing the Provincial Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of Lugo (Apehl). The chef from the Orixe do Campo restaurant was accompanied by his assistant Auriana Macías.
