Lugo authorizes the extension of closing hours by two more hours during the Caudal Fest for Apehl members
15.09.2023. The Asociación Provincial de Empresarios de Hostelería y Turismo de Lugo (Apehl) addressed the Lugo City Council to request an extension of hours by two hours more than what is legally established for all its associated establishments during the celebracion of the Caudal Fest.
