The XV Estase Cocendo is preparing for a new guided tour this Saturday

The Ribeira Sacra continues to celebrate these weeks the Estase Cocendo 2023, an event sponsored by the Diputación de Lugo and organized by the Asociación Provincial de Empresarios de Hostelería y Turismo de Lugo (Apehl). The Xornadas do Cocido de Entroida da Ribeira Sacra are dedicated to one of the star dishes of the region, the Carnival stew.
