The Ribeira Sacra continues in full celebration of Estase Cocendo 2023, an event sponsored by the Diputación de Lugo and organized by the Asociación Provincial de Empresarios de Hostelería y Turismo de Lugo (Apehl). The Xornadas do Cocido de Entroido da Ribeira Sacra are dedicated to one of the star dishes of the region, the Carnival stew.
